Secure system of transactions
All transactions for the purchase of our products are registered directly in the site of our company’s official bank. This means that chissotti.com does not have access to personal credit card data because transactions are processed by a safe server (‘Secure Socket Layer’) and the most widely used for on-line purchases, Banca Sella Gestpay.
When you are ready to buy, you will be asked to enter the information required for invoicing and the delivery of your chosen items as well as the method of payment you prefer to use. With Wine2b.com you may choose to make payment by bank transfer or with a credit card.

Means of delivery
All our consignments are undertaken by the express courier company UPS or the Post Office (only for some consignments in Italy) You can check the amount of your delivery charges by simply placing the products chosen in the shopping basket: our system will automatically calculate the delivery costs according to the weight of each single item. All our deliveries are insured for the actual value of the goods purchased: insurance charges are calculated at 0.5% and the amount is indicated in the invoice. You can trace your consignment on-line by simply entering your tracking code in the area reserved for UPS.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree no.185 dated 22 May 1999) guarantees the consumer the right to withdraw from the contract of sale. The product that you have purchased can be sent back within a maximum of 8 days of receiving the delivery.
